The spacious South Foyer is one of the three main entrances to the Hamburg Fair site. It has the following service facilities:

• Cashdesk / Registration counter
• Cloakrooms
• Organisers office
• Press room with accreditation facilities

The South Foyer also has an upper floor. This space is ideal for presentations or special events (e.g. prize award ceremonies). The upper floor can also be used as an exhibition space. It features an impressive stone floor, and gives a panorama view of the “comings and goings” in the neighbourhood. The upper floor can be accessed via fixed staircases and escalators. There is also a load lift.It provides excellent public transport links, with covered direct access from the Foyer to Messehallen station (U Bahn).
