The International Foodservice Forum has for many years been unmissable for professional food service operators. The Next Chef Award with celebrity chef Johann Lafer enjoys a tremendous reputation in the industry. This premium event gives up-and-coming talents the ideal platform to demonstrate their skills. It is open for applications by young chefs (up to the age of 26 years) who have completed their training. 18 of them will battle it out in the live challenges before an expert audience at INTERNORGA. The grand finale will be on 16 March 2020. Another thrilling competition is the German Gastro Award, hosted by INTERNORGA in cooperation with the Leaders Club Deutschland and orderbird. It invites passionate and creative start-ups from Germany, Austria and Switzerland to present their innovative ideas for enrichment of the food service and hospitality scenes.
